Hi. I’m Jon Dunn, founder of Conflict Resolution Ltd.

​At Conflict Resolution Ltd, we believe that clear, open and honest communication can resolve even the most challenging of disputes.
My journey into mediation has been shaped by years of experience in conducting complex investigations. This has given me a keen understanding of human relationships and has shown me, time after time, how costly and emotionally-challenging disputes can become.
Having spent years using my skills to get to the bottom of complex situations, I have founded Conflict Resolution Ltd to focus on helping individuals and businesses resolve disputes in a cost-effective and timely manner, and before relationships become irreparably damaged.
My career, with diverse organisations such as HMRC, British Horseracing Authority and National Grid, has equipped me well to undertake mediation in civil, commercial and workplace settings.
I have a reputation for professionalism, thoroughness and calm communication. My investigative insight now serves as a unique asset in my mediation practice - allowing me to navigate sensitive issues with clarity, empathy, and precision.​
