ABOUT

Jon Dunn

Founder of Conflict Resolution. CMC-accredited mediator and workplace investigator.

I help business owners, managers and HR teams understand and strengthen their workplace culture, and provide impartial mediation and investigations when they're needed.

Before founding Conflict Resolution in 2025, I spent more than 25 years as an investigator - in tax, gambling regulation, sport and one of the UK's largest companies. That work taught me how to establish what has really happened, fairly and calmly, and how to earn the trust of people on every side of a situation. It also showed me how often what looks like an isolated dispute is, at least in part, a product of the culture around it. That's why my work now leads with culture.
