Jon Dunn, Founder of Conflict Resolution Ltd

Hi, I'm Jon Dunn, and I provide professional mediation and workplace investigation services in the East Midlands and across the wider UK.​​

With over 25 years of experience as an investigator with HMRC, the Gambling Commission, the British Horseracing Authority, and National Grid, I bring a unique perspective to conflict resolution. I understand how disputes develop, how to navigate difficult conversations, and how to help people and organisations find practical solutions.

I hold professional accreditations as a mediator (ACIArb, CMC Registered, IMI Certified) and as an investigator (Level 7 Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice).

 

This combination of skills and experience allows me to provide services that are thorough, impartial, and focused on outcomes that work in the real world.
