Pricing Structure
The cost of our mediation services will vary depending on the complexity of the subject matter and whether the mediation is conducted in-person or online. However, the following guide should assist you.

Disputes with a financial value
We are signed up to the Fixed Fee Mediation Scheme for disputes with a value under £50,000. The cost of mediation in these cases will be based on the following:

*Please note that if you have a dispute of less than £10,000 you may be offered a free 1 hour telephone mediation service by the Court once you have issued a claim form. You may also be offered mediation by the Court for claims above £10,000. There will be a cost to issue a claim form. If you are a consumer and your dispute concerns the sale of goods and services the trader is required to provide you with the name and website address of an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution body

Other cases
For financial matters with a greater value, non-financial matters and workplace mediation services, our rates will be based on a half / full day's mediation cost of £875 / £1750.
We will be happy to discuss your circumstances in detail and agree our rates before commencing the mediation. In addition, where the possibility of repeat business exists, we will be happy to discuss introductory and/or preferential rates.
